To initiate a warranty claim or return, please contact us at CS@scentblaster.net.

New, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days from date of receipt of shipment. If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us promptly (within 3 days from date of receipt of shipment).

Limited Warranty for ScentBlaster™

What the Warranty Does and Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Plastic housing or container.
  2. Deterioration from wear or exposure.
  3. Any defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, carelessness, or accident.
  4. Any defect caused by alteration or modification.
  5. Any defect which would not have occurred if instruction in the owner’s manual had been followed.

This warranty covers:

  1. Battery holder.
  2. Blower fan.
  3. On/Off switch.

What the Period of Coverage Is

This warranty remains in force for one year from the date of purchase. You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of sale.

What We Will Do to Correct Problems

If you pay the shipping costs, we will:

  1. Repair or replace at our option, any defective battery holder, blower fan or switch at no charge.
